DUMA galvanizing and aluminising lines are characterised by their outstanding coating results using a minimum of layer metal. Moreover, the equipment is robust in service and easy to maintain and to handle.
The scope ranges from cost-effective basis machines to individually customised high end models comprising all features for maximising the machine capacity as well as simplifying operating.

Features of DUMA galvanizing lines
The following features are characterising our machine design
- Very massive finish of the units to avoid vibrations
- High accuracy of pressure distribution at the air knife lip (less than 1% pressure difference all over the knife gap length) due to integrated radial controllers
- Supply of the DUMA galvanizing line according to customer requests employing a 3-roll or 2-roll system

- Quick pressure regulation via blower control and radial controller (less than 6 sec. for pressure changes)
- Rapid mounting and short reconstruction periods, as all adjustment devices are completely mounted, tubed, cabled and adjusted to base plates.

- Permanent strip adjustment in pass line via separately adjustable stabilising rolls and correction rolls
